A: Refers to a wide range of extruded twinwall plastic-sheet products produced from high-impact polypropylene resin with a similar make-up to corrugated fiberboard. It is a light-weight tough material which can easily be cut with a utility knife. Manufacturers typically offer a wide variety of colors and thicknesses (quite commonly 3, 4, 5mm).

A: Corrugated plastic is composed of two outer layers and one vertical rib in middle. This structure produces flexibility and impact resistance. Our sheets are available from 2mm to 12mm with custom sizes and colors. 5 main advantages compared to traditional corrugated paperboard, Lightweight, Chemical resistant, High tensile strength, Waterproof and Easy to clean.

A: Yes, in most cases, standard corrugated plastic sheets are 100% recyclable. We encourage the recycling of corrugated plastic sheets. Due to the durability of corrugated plastic it can often be reused. If the product is no longer usable we recommend removing any non-polypropylene accessories if applicable and recycling.

A: Basic information to know when requesting a quote. 1. Order quantity; 2. Material thickness and flute direction; 3. Color you want to order; 4. Size and dimensions (L x W x D) if known; 5. Amount of weight that is going in and/or being stacked on top of boxes; 6. Needs printing or not, how many colors?

A: We provide structure, graphic design and also prototype service. Most first time orders will require prototype approval. Generally, prototyping procedure could be completed within one week, revisions and remake of samples is for free.
